We are not a ”suit and tie” company, nor a “build sitting behind a desk” company. Our approach when building your home is “hands on, and on site”. We have over 50 years combined construction experience in Saskatoon, and use local experienced tradesmen when building your home. <p>We understand that a new home is the single largest purchase that a person will make in their lifetime, and that it is a huge investment. We acknowledge that, and try to exceed home buyer’s expectations of their new home. Montana Homes believes that a positive relationship with your builder creates confidence in the whole process, and that it should be a very enjoyable experience. <p>A clean job site is very important, as we feel it is a reflection of how we feel about your new home. We stress clean sites with each trade. It is a reflection of caring and quality. Both owners are on site every day (which starts at 7:00am) with each and every site inspected and cleaned every day. <p>We take pride in the fact that we have NEVER been late for a possession and have NEVER had to reschedule. <p>All of our trades have a long standing working relationship with us, and understand the meaning of quality and service. They understand that we are building someone's dream home, and if there are any questions, each trade will answer them to the best of their ability. <p>We take pride in our customer service. We have dedicated service technicians and trades that will address any issues in a professional, timely manner. <p>Our new homeowners are welcome to drop in and have a look when we are building their home so they may take photos, and really get involved in the build process. <p>We invite you to read some customer testimonials, and visit our homes in progress. <p>Our company believes in giving back to our community, and we are involved with a number of local charities throughout Saskatoon. We support The Muscular Dystrophy Association, Camp Easter Seals, as well as the local Autism Society.
